We offer you our air-conditioned villa with a 207 m2 terrace and a comfortable swimming pool in Ciudad Quesada. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of El Recorral de Ciudad Quesada and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet, equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, garden, laundry room and children's playroom.
It is rented for a minimum of 7 days in high season.

Located in a very quiet residential area.
The nearest shops and restaurants are 1 km away.
35 minutes from Alicante airport and 45 minutes from Murcia.
15 km from Zenia Boulevard, the largest open-air shopping centre in Europe.
- 9km from the beach of Guardamar del Segura, magnificent beach.
Flights every day from Charleroi or Brussels (Ryanair or TUI)
We can also put you in contact with a French-speaking person who will take care of your transfer from/to the airport (60 euros / 4 people – Alicante).
In the surroundings you can do many activities: golf, tennis, beach, water park, water sports, local markets, shopping, casino, karting, etc.

Arrival from 4 pm and departure at 10 am. However, we are flexible depending on the occupancy of the apartment.
To hold the reservation, a 50% deposit will be required.
