Every day, we receive enquiries.

At first, we do not know the identity or the intentions of the people behind these messages.
That is why we request complete information before arranging a viewing.

And yet, despite these precautions…

👉 Appointments are scheduled
👉 We travel to the property
👉 And no one shows up

Sometimes even:
– the phone number provided is incorrect
– on the day of the appointment, there is no response after confirmation

I would like to highlight something important:
Even without a same-day response,
I never allow myself to miss a confirmed appointment.

💬 A simple message to cancel
💬 A reply, even a negative one

Costs nothing… but makes all the difference.
Because in the meantime, another serious client is waiting for a quality service.
